Harold Todd Day, age 56 of Centre, passed away Sunday, January 21st at Cherokee Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Wednesday, January 24th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Eddie Nation and Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:PM Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Neil Compton, Gary “Heavy” Burkhalter, Billy Rex Miller, Billy Wayne McKinney, Al Shumaker, Dr. Brian Perry, Ronald Money, Freddie Reynolds, Benny Nicholson, Larry Paul Maddox.
Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Fellowship Sunday School Class, Carpenters for Christ and Staff of Cherokee County Health & Rehab.
Survivors include father, Harold Day of Centre; a sister, Tara (Fran) Blanchard of Leesburg; nephew, Coty Blanchard; niece, Candice Blanchard; cousin, Donna Money; and a number of other nieces and nephews.
He was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Martha Joan Reed Day and was a member of Centre First Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centre First Baptist Church.
