15 Year Old Juvenile Arrested For Firing Shots Into A Home In Pleasant Valley

On Sunday at approximately 4:30 a.m., a family on School Cut-Off Road in the Pleasant Valley community was awakened by gun fire.  Numerous rounds were shot into their home striking appliances and other house hold items. The residents inside the home luckily were not struck. 

Calhoun County Sheriff Matthew Wade says that the homeowner suspected his teenage daughters ex-boyfriend, and Investigators were able to identify a fifteen-year-old juvenile that admitted to shooting into the residence as a favor for the ex-boyfriend. The juvenile was arrested for shooting into an occupied dwelling and placed in Coosa Valley Detention center.  
 
The investigators worked diligently to solve this crime in less than 36 hours.
