The Mt. Weisner Fire Department has been working hard on fundraisers and grants for a much needed new tanker for the past year.
On Friday, their brand new 3,000 gallon Kenworth tanker was delivered with many of the Mt. Weisner family on hand to officially log the vehicle in service for calls.
Mt. Weisner Fire Chief Bobby McDaniel said that he would like to thank those of the Mt Weisner Community that have supported his department and made the receipt of this much needed unit possible.
