Mr. Paul Emmit Paschal, age 80 of Scottsboro, passed away Wednessday, December 20, 2017. Funeral services are set for 2pm Saturday, December 23, 2017 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-8pm on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Martin Blair.
