The Cedar Bluff Town Council met in a Special Called meeting on Tuesday afternoon for the sole purpose of appointing someone to fill the unexpired term of Lori Green, who resigned earlier this month because she had moved out of the Town and is no longer eligible to serve on the Council.
Councilman Jerry Sprayberry nominated Tim Miller to fill the vacancy in District 1. Councilman Donald Sanders seconded the nomination and that motion was approved by all in attendance.
No other business was conducted and the meeting adjourned.
