Mr. Larry Edward Penn, age 67, of Leesburg, passed away October 25th at Cherokee Health and Rehab.
He is survived by his wife Beth Keil Penn; daughter Joetta Souder of Cedar Bluff; grandchildren Jamie Souder and Jesse Souder.
Mr. Penn was a native of Maryland, the son of the late Edward and Evelan Hale Penn; and was of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. Penn served in the Vietnam War.
