One person was hurt in a single-vehicle accident on County Road 19 Wednesday afternoon.

That wreck took place at 1:05pm, approximately six miles south of Centre, involving a 2004 Toyota driven by 19 year old Leesburg resident Levi Hester.  According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, Hester was injured in that mishap although the extent of his injuries was not noted.  He was wearing his seat belt.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
