At least one person was taken to the hospital for minor injuries after being involved in a three car crash on the Cedar Bluff Road at the intersection of County Road 65 in Centre. Centre Police, Centre Fire, Cherokee EMS and Rescue Squad personnel were dispatched to the scene just before 4:00 p.m.
Traffic was completely shutdown in both directions for an extended period of time while emergency crews cleared the scene. We’ll have additional information as soon as the Centre Police Department accident report is complete.
