The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report has now been released regarding a a wreck involving a produce truck which took place on Monday of this week.  Reportedly the driver of the truck, 54 year old Joseph Morgan of Flintstone, Georgia, was en route to Jacksonville along Highway 9 roughly six miles south of Centre near Ellisville when the accident occurred around 2:30am.

Morgan escaped injury however a passenger in the vehicle was listed on the report as being hurt in that mishap – 51 year old Judy Everett, from Chattanooga, Tennessee.  No additional information was regarding her condition was available.

The cause of that accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
