A Cherokee County woman was booked in at the Floyd County Jail Sunday on a felony count of Financial Transaction Card Fraud. According to that arrest warrant Amanda Louise Kelly of a County Road 199 address in Cedar Bluff, used a credit card belonging to a Silver Creek woman to buy cigarettes at a convenience store on Highway 411.
The incident actually occurred back on June 17th, according to the warrant.
