Mr. Richard Anthony Gardner, age 53 of Gaylesville, passed away Saturday, September 16th at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Monday, September 18th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. officiating; burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery at Jamestown. The family will receive friends from 1:PM until 3:PM Monday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Richard Blaine Gardner of Fort Payne and Gabriel Rhys Gardner of Gaylesville; parents, Wilburn and Mary Gardner of Gaylesville; brother, Terry (Kelly) Gardner of Fort Payne; two grandchildren, Leland and Jolie Gardner. He was preceded in death by a son, Tony Gardner.
Mr. Gardner was a native of Floyd County, GA, was an Electrical Contractor and was of the Baptist Faith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
