A Chattooga County woman was booked into the Floyd County Jail Thursday, accused of taking $6,500 in lottery tickets.
According to the arrest warrant, 32-year old Misty Bryant of a 1st Street address in Trion took the scratch off tickets between August 1 and August 20 of this year from the Circle K convenience store at 4350 Martha Berry Highway.
Bryant is charged with felony theft by taking.
