Several individuals were arrested on drug charges overnight in Cherokee County.
According to information posted on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website – a total of four people were booked into the Detention Center between 12:45 and 1:30am – including two Centre residents: Brian Keith Thomas, age 28, and Charles Gary Neal, age 39, and a pair of Gadsden women: Tonya Marie Wells, age 41 and Tiffany Angelia Mitchell, age 27.
All four were charged with two counts each of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and one count of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A Henagar woman, 36 year old Jennifer Dawn Hulsey was booked into jail on charges of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance just after 3:00am.
All five individuals are awaiting setting of bond.
