A Sylvania man has been arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for Murder.
On Thursday the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office received that indictment 31 year old Jason Lee Loudermilk in conjunction to the Kenneth DeWayne Shaw murder case dating back to November of 2015.
Loudermilk was in Jackson County Jail on unrelated charges when the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office received the indictment. DeKalb County Deputy transported Loudermilk from Jackson County Jail to the DeKalb County Detention Center.
Sheriff Harris says “Because this is a Grand Jury indictment and we do not have any further information on this case.”
