According to the police report a 28 year old Rome resident – Anderson Abadio-Lopez – was arrested at Berry College after he allegedly broke into a car in order to steal peanuts.
And yes, alcohol was involved.
The report also indicated that while being taken into custody Lopez attempted to pull away from the officers. He was charged with Public Drunk, Obstruction of Law Enforcement, and Entering an Automobile with Intent to Commit a Felony.
