Esther Lee Wesson, age 91 of Gaylesville, passed away Saturday, August 12th, at her residence.
Funeral services will be 12 PM Wednesday, August 16th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jan Stanley officiating; burial will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens, Rome, GA. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 12 PM Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Survivors include son, James (Mae) Garlin of Selmer, TN; daughters, Rita (Raymond) Hurley of Gaylesville, Sandra (Jr) White of Savannah, TN, Debbie (Kenneth) Godwin of Savannah, TN, Linda (Darrell) Reed of Rome, GA; 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husbands, James Roy Garlin in 1973 and Elmer Wesson in 2004; 3 brothers, 5 sisters; grandson, Raymond Nathaniel Hurley and granddaughter, Tammie Garlin.
Mrs. Wesson was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late John and Daisy Blythe Brunson and was a member of Grace Point Church Of God.
