Mr. Cledious Ray “Clet” Chambers, age 75, of Sand Rock passed away Wednesday July 26th at his residence.
Funeral service will be 7 P.M. Friday July 28th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Nick Deweese officiating; burial will be at 10 A.M. this Saturday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. Friday.

Survivors include wife Sandra Smith Chambers; a daughter SeDeanna (Tommy) Hester of Sand Rock; sons Jason (Jennifer) Chambers of Leeds, Corey (Tracy) Chambers of Sand Rock; six grandchildren Olivia Hester, Noah Hester, Madelyn Chambers, Haley Chambers, Lindsey Chambers, Ashlyn Chambers; several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by granddaughter Katlyn Hester; brothers Donald Cromer and Olen Cromer.
Mr. Chambers is the son of the late Ervin and Myrtle Goss Chambers, and was a member of Sand Rock Baptist Church for more than 60 years. “Clet” served the community for over 50 years as Owner/ Operator of Chambers Florist.
The family will receive flowers or memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
