Mr. Clyde Thomas O’Neal, age 60, of Cedar Bluff, Al. passed away Monday July 24, 2017, in a local hospital.

Thomas was born April 1, 1957, in Floyd County, a son of late Johnny J. O’Neal and Shirley Sprayberry O’Neal. He was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, He was employed by Mohawk. Thomas was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Collins.

Survivors include a son, Jonathan O’Neal, Gaylesville; a daughter, Kimberll Woodall, Cedar Bluff; sisters, Sheena Austin, Lindale; Bobbie Bearden, Armuchee; and Betsy O’Neal, Rome; three grandchildren, Leann Woodall, Chevy Woodall, and Caytlyn O’Neal, and wife, Debbie O’Neal; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday July 29, 2017 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Alvin Bullard, officiating. Interment will follow in Pisgah Cemetery. The family will receive from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
