Leesburg Man Arrested on Drug Distribution Charge; Three Charged with Drug Trafficking – UPDATE

Additional information has been released by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office regarding the arrest of three individuals on drug trafficking charges late last week.

Brittany Nicole Bradshaw, age 28 of Kennesaw, Georgia; James Wesley Craig, 41 of Calhoun, Georgia; and Brandi Sprayberry Holliday 36 from Hokes Bluff were each charged with Drug Trafficking and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All three were arrested and booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just prior to 7:00 on the evening of Thursday, June 29th.  The three were placed under arrest by Investigators Jeremy Stepps and Michael Green with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office K-9, “Keelo”.  According to the Sheriff’s Office website, both Bradshaw and Holliday remain in the County Detention Center with bond set at $25,500 each; Craig is no longer listed in the database.

That news release was issued on July 4th.

Meanwhile, a Leesburg was arrested on July 4th on drug distribution charges.  Joshua Wayne Ellison age 39, was booked into jail just after 4:30pm, charged with Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He remains in the Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
