Wilma Kaye Davis Hairrell, 54 of Centre, passed away on Monday June 19th at Floyd Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, June 22nd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Johnny Pruitt, Rev. Scott Hosey and Rev. Joey Hanner officiating; burial will follow in Mt Vernon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8: PM Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Jason Davis, Justin Davis, Jeremy Davis, Carl Hairrell, Nick Hairrell, and David Smith; Honorary Pallbearers will be Dustin Bartlett and Bobby McDaniel.
Survivors include her husband, Rickey Hairrell; daughter, Ashleigh (Hank) Steed of Blue Pond Community; step-daughters, Christie Dollar of Asbury and Mindy Hairrell of Sand Rock; brothers, E.W. “Mo” (Tammy) Davis of Wolf Creek Community and Mike (Amy) Davis of Blue Pond Community; 2 grandchildren, Caleb, Isaac and Jaiden; and several nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Hairrell was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Wilburn and Shelby Jean Bishop Davis, was an over hauler helper at Leesburg Yarn Mill and was of the Baptist faith.
