Both Men Wanted By Piedmont Police Now Behind Bars

The second suspect wanted by Piedmont Police for theft and shooting into a car turned himself in earlier this week, according to Piedmont Police Chief Freddie Norton.

Chief Norton told WEIS Radio that Colton Steed turned himself at the Piedmont Police Department at 4:30 Wednesday morning. Steed along with Tony Heath were wanted for 1st Degree Theft charges in addition to charges of Shooting Into An Occupied Vehicle, Heath was arrested and jailed in Floyd County, Georgia on unrelated charges.
