Mr. Radford C. Carter, age 84 of Arab, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017. Funeral services are set for 11am Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from the Gilliam Spring’s Baptist Church in Arab with Bro. Marvin Morrow officiating. Burial will be in Gilliam Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8pm Monday at Gilliam Springs Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby D. Carter; daughter, Lisa (Eddie) Clark; son, Lewis (Kaye) Carter and Mike (Toni) Carter; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Jessie Carter; brother, Laulin H. Carter.

Pallbearers will be Steve Mawhirrer, Steven Helton, Donnie Culbert, Clay Carter, Brent Carter, and T.J. Tidmore.

Mr. Carter was the host of the Sunday Morning Cabin on the Hill Gospel Program on WTWX Guntersville Alabama since 1960.
