Shirley Reaid, age 63 of Centre, passed away Monday, May 8th at Floyd Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Thursday, May 11th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Clanton officiating; burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Nathaniel Kesterson, Josey Green, Nicholas Delia, Jerry Amos, Tyler McEver, Levi Prather. Honorary Pallbearer Robbie Green.
Survivors include her husband, Nathaniel Reaid; son, Dale Amos of Acworth, GA; daughter, Shirl Reaid of Centre; 4 grandchildren, Nathaniel Kesterson, Josey Green, Tyler McEver, Eva Reaid; 1 great granddaughter, Enzleigh Kesterson.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Louise Amos.
Mrs. Reaid was a native of Tokyo, Japan, a daughter of the late Jacob and Florence Elizabeth Odom Amos, was an exterminator and was of the Baptist faith.
