A two-vehicle collision on Highway 75, near County Road 41 Wednesday afternoon claimed the life of a Henagar woman. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that crash occurred approximately one mile south of Fyffe at 2:25pm, fatally injuring 55 year old Nancy Thomas who was driving a 2008 Chevrolet.
32 year old Geraldine resident Zane Troxtel, in a 2001 Chevrolet, was also injured, although no information regarding the extent of his injuries was noted in the report.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
