State Troopers Work Two Separate Single-Vehicle Wrecks In Cherokee County on Wednesday

Alabama State Troopers worked two separate single-vehicle accidents involving injuries in Cherokee County on Wednesday.

The first took place shortly after 12:30pm on the causeway between Centre and Cedar Bluff with three people being hurt.  They were listed on that report as 20 year old Dustin Mullins, driving the 1999 Lincoln; 18 year old Zay Hood and 16 year old Kayla Mullins – all of Rome, Georgia.  All three were wearing their seat belts.

That second wreck took place just prior to 3:00pm on County Road 22, about five miles east of Centre and involved a 2002 Chevrolet driven by 25 year old Brenda Miller of Centre.  The report indicated that she was wearing her seat belt at the time.

No additional information regarding the extent of injuries suffered by any of those involved was immediately available.

Both accidents remain under investigation by state troopers.
