Mrs. Donna Collins age 68 of Piedmont passed away Friday March 17th at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.

A Memorial service will be at a later date.

Survivors include husband, Tony Collins of Piedmont; son, Robert (Stephanie) Collins of Piedmont; daughter, Angela Gail (Terry) Wise of Ashville; parents, Mary (Lester) Eddy of Green Cove Springs, Fl.; brother, Tommy Johnston of Fl.; sisters, Debbie Echols of Springville, Teresa (Wayne) Hunter of Centre and Sherrie (Billy) Crews of Springville; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Judson Johnston; brother, Larry Johnston and infant son, Tony Collins Jr.

Mrs. Collins was a native of Tampa, Fl. and was of the Baptist Faith.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to American Heart Association.
