A camper was completely destroyed by fire just after 1:00 this morning inside the Chapman’s campground off of Money’s Bend Road in Cedar Bluff.
Cedar Bluff firefighters arrived on the scene to find the camper fully engulfed in flames, power lines running to camper were burned and were on the ground as firefighters arrived.
Additional units from the Gaylesville and Centre Fire Departments were dispatched for assistance. It is unknown exactly what caused the fire. Cedar Bluff Police and Cherokee Electric also responded.
