Four Individuals Arrested In Cedar Bluff After Police Discover Illegal Drugs And Stolen Property

According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, four people were arrested at a residence on County Road 115 in the Ferrell Community on Tuesday Cedar Bluff Police Officers and Cherokee County Deputies and Investigators recovered a stolen motorcycle and a stolen ATV from the property.

During the investigation, officers discovered illegal drugs at nearby residence.  

Investigators seized methamphetamine, marijuana, spice, and illegal pills.  20 year old Erica Savannah Tyler of Centre was charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Second Degree Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. 27 year old  Justin M. Thompson of Cedar Bluff and 29 year old Heather Payne Thompson also of Cedar Bluff were both charged with Chemical Endangerment, three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Second Degree Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. 

29 year old Timothy Allen Hall of Cedar Bluff  was charged with Second Degree Receiving Stolen Property. 

All four suspects were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center, where they await bond.
