A 55 year old Attalla man has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography.
Patrick Lee Story was arrested on Wednesday, and charged with one count of possession of child pornography with the images allegedly being downloaded from the internet.
Investigators executed a search warrant at his residence on Copeland Gap Church Road and seized two laptops and a cell phone.
Story is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center, on a $25,000 property bond.
