According to a News Release from Centre Police Chief Kirk Blankenship, on Thursday Centre Police and Centre Police Narcotics Investigators along with Sheriff’s Deputies served a Warrant at 335 Sherry Drive in Centre.
When officers made contact with the occupants of that residence they noticed a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the residence. Officers seen in plain view illegal Narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Narcotics Officers obtained a consent to search for the residence and during the search officers discovered Crack Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Marijuana and several drug paraphernalia related items.
Those arrested were 44 year old Brad Michael Baker of Centre charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Meth, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Cocaine, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
50 year old Mary Cile Vance of Centre was charged with , Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Meth, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Cocaine, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
18 year old Joseph Andrew Vance of Centre was charged with , two counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
18 year old Justin Lane McKnight also of Centre was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree and Theft of Property 4th Degree.
Baker, Mary Vance and Joseph Vance are being held on Bond of $7,600 and McKnight on $1,100.
