Mr. Jerry Dan Culbert, age 54 of Grove Oak, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Funeral services are set for 1pm Monday, December 12, 2016 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Dennis Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow the service in Piney Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
