Law Enforcement Looking For Former Popeye’s Manager In Connection To Arson Fire Earlier This Year

According to WRGA News, local law enforcement officials are looking for a man suspected in the arson in connection with a fire at a local fast food restaurant.

Popeye’s on Shorter Avenue was extensively damaged by fire on September 2.

The suspect is a manager, identified as Kelvin Marquez Thomas.

He is wanted on charges of arson, theft by taking and criminal damage to property, according to information from Lt.
