iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Dylann Roof, the alleged gunman authorities say is responsible for killing nine people in a Charleston, South Carolina, church on June 17, 2015, has been ruled competent to stand trial.
In his order, Judge Richard Gergel said that jury selection in the case would begin on Monday.
