SAUL LOEB/AFP/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Chipotle is being sued by customers who claim that the nutritional information of one of its menu items is misrepresented.
The item in question is the chain’s chorizo burrito, which some customers mistook for having just 300 calories based on advertisments and signs.
While Chipotle had the accurate calorie count online — the chorizo alone is 300 calories, not the whole burrito — customers are saying they got duped by signage.
