An Altoona man was being questioned by law enforcement officials at his home regarding a possible case of theft, when they just happened to notice a shotgun at the residence,
30 year old Charles Adam Snead is a convicted felon, and as such, is forbidden to own a gun.
Snead admitted the weapon was his.
He was taken into custody and charged with being a Felon Forbidden to Possess a Firearm – he was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center, and is being held on $10,000 cash bond.
