You may not have your AOL account anymore, but you can still hear the voice behind the catchphrase, Elwood Edwards…provided you take a ride in his Uber car in Ohio. Sadly, it appears that Edwards’ legendary sentence did not make him a multi-millionaire.
As do many drivers for the on-demand car service, Edwards shared his unique talent with one of his passengers, and the result is going viral.
Brandee Barker Tweeted her meeting with the guy whose catchphrase defined a generation. OK, perhaps that’s a bit much, but anyway, give him a listen.
