Included in its $65, five-course Thanksgiving ice cream meal are the following flavors, all containing the ingredients of the traditional Turkey Day courses: Sweet Potato Casserole with Maple Pecan Ice Cream, Buttered Mashed Potatoes & Gravy Ice Cream, Cranberry Walnut Stuffing Ice Cream, Spiced Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream, and yes, Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey Ice Cream, apparently made with turkey and turkey fat.

If the unique — to say the least — menu piques your appetite, the company, which operates several shops on the West Coast, will ship its wares to you in dry ice to keep it frozen.
