Three men were arrested on Possession of Marijuana charges in Cherokee County Monday.
Jahmal Beard, age 32 of Centre; Denzel Ammons, 24 of Collinsville; and, David Clifton Wells, age 28 of Ft Payne – were each charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, in addition to Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Beard, who was booked in around 2:00am remains lodged in the Detention Center whereas Ammons and Wells were booked in just after 4:30pm, and both were released just prior to 7:00pm after making bond of $1,000 each.
