Elwanda Cross, age 50 of Centre, passed away Friday, September 9th in Piedmont.
Graveside services will be 3:PM Monday, September 12th at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, with Pastor Sherry Donaldson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 PM Monday, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Tommy Nolen, Paul Smith, Daniel Oxford, Dewayne Hass, Darryl Cross, David Benefield.
Survivors include her son, Jeremy Bass of Piedmont; daughters, Samantha Mitchell of Piedmont, Felicia Mitchell of Piedmont; mother, Sue Ellen Nolen of Centre; brothers, J.R. Cross of Anniston, Billy Cross of Centre, Jimmy Nolen of Centre, Tommy (Misty) Nolen of Anniston; sisters, Lora Cross of Cedartown, GA, Deronica (Paul) Smith of Piedmont; one granddaughter, Adalynn; several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, LaDonna Nolen.
Ms. Cross was a native of Calhoun County, the daughter of the late Gerald Cross and was of the Holiness faith.
In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to the funeral home.
