Mrs. Phyllis Free age 71 of Centre passed away Saturday July 16th at her residence.

Funeral services will be 4:30 PM Monday July 18th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Corey Colbert officiating, burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 PM Sunday.

Pallbearers include nephews. Honorary Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Survivors include sons, Stanley (Rita) Free of Centre and Keith (Sonya) Free of Centre; daughter, Pam (Larry) Johnson of Centre; brother, Steve Hill of Centre; sisters, Joan (Eugene) Mann of Cedar Bluff, Sharon (Gerald) St.Clair of Centre and Malene (Roger) Jennings of Centre; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Free was preceded in death by a daughter, Angie Free; brothers, Allen Hill and Max Hill.

Mrs. Free was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late J. T. and Eva Mae Tucker Hill and a member of New Prospect #2 Baptist Church.
