Three individuals were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County on Tuesday.
James Bubba Farmer [left], age 56 of Attalla, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Marcus Dillon Silvey [photo not available], age 23 of Gaylesville was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Marvin Jerome Burns [right], age 44 of Centre, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Farmer was booked in at the Cherokee County Detention just before 4:00pm and Silvey was booked in just after 3:00pm.
Burns was booked in at approximately 2:00pm.
All three remain in the detention center with Burns awaiting setting of bond while bond for Farmer and Silvey has been set at $500 each.
