Two people were hurt in a single-vehicle accident on County Road 19 Wednesday morning.
That accident took place near the intersection with County Road 14 around 11:20am, when the vehicle, a 2003 Nissan Frontier pickup, left the roadway, crashing into a deep ditch.

Both the driver, 30 year old April Webber and a passenger, 45 year old Tommy Pruitt – both of Jacksonville – were transported to Regional Medical Center in Anniston for treatment.

The Mt. Weisner Fire Department, Cherokee EMS, the Piedmont Rescue Squad and Alabama State Troopers all responded to the scene.
