We had reports of a two-vehicle wreck occurring near the Leesburg Bridge, around 8:10am, Tuesday; fortunately it appeared no one was hurt in the wreck however traffic was blocked for a short period of time.  It remains unclear whether or not heavy rainfall at the time, may have been a factor in the accident taking place.
