A Cherokee County man was hurt in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 411, on Thursday afternoon.
That Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report listed 38 year old James Durbin, Jr., of Centre, driving a 2002 Dodge, as being injured in the mishap.
It was noted that Durbin was wearing his seat belt.
The accident occurred just prior to 3:00pm.
