A man charged with attempted murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied building has been released from the Etowah County Detention Center after making his $30,000 bond.
The Gadsden Times reported, that 30 year old James Daniel Huston, was arrested on Friday night after he allegedly fired a weapon at the bouncer outside of Babe’s Gentlemen’s Club in Attalla, after closing.
Investigators say Hutson fired on the lounge, hitting two cars, and then fled the scene.
His name was soon traced through bar receipts and as a result he was picked up and placed under arrest.
