A man walking in the 1900 block of Gault Avenue in Ft Payne, was struck and killed by a car on Monday night.
Around 9:30pm, Ft Payne Police responded to a report of an auto accident with five injuries and upon their arrival found 52 year old James Ruben Doss dead at the scene from injuries sustained when was struck by a vehicle.
The incident remains under investigation.
