First Responders were dispatched to a report of a male floating Terrapin Creek who suffered some type of medical emergency4:00 Saturday afternoon.
A search of the area was conducted with the Ellisville Fire Department and the Cherokee County Rescue Squad personnel finally making contact with the patient around 7:00.
The man was extricated from the creek and transported to County Road 336 where he was evaluated by Cherokee EMS Paramedics.
Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department deputies also responded to the scene.
