A small child was airlifted to Children’s Hospital early Friday morning after falling approximately five feet from a piece of playground equipment at the Centre City Park.
Centre Police Chief Kirk Blankenship was first to arrive on the scene and requested EMS units respond, the child was taken to a landing zone directly across the street from the park and from there airlifted to the hospital.
The child’s condition is not known at this time, well update you on this story as more information is released.
