The 4th Annual May Community Celebration honoring Veterans and Military will be held Saturday, May 28, at 10 a.m. at The Hopewell Community Center at McCord’s Crossroads, located 7290 County Road 16 in Centre.
The community is invited to come out to honor our Veterans and enjoy food, entertainment games, car and tractor shows, door prizes, a $1,000 drawing and much more.
A parade will form at the McCord’s Fire Hall #2 on County Road 157 at 9:30 a.m. and travel to the celebration site.
BBQ lunches will be available for a $5 donation and is free to Veterans.
The event is being sponsored by the McCord’s Crossroads Homemakers Club and American Auctioneers.
