Miss Sarah Clifton, age 81, of Centre, passed away Monday May 16th at Cherokee County Health and Rehab.
Funeral Service will be 1 P.M. Saturday May 21st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cedric Williams officiating, burial will follow at Cedar Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 P.M. Saturday.
Pallbearers include Harry Moore, Felix Moore, Clifford Higgins, Mike Clifton, Wayne Pinson, and Richard Moore.
Honorary Pallbearers include Johnny Moore and Charles Clifton.
Survivors include daughters Cathy Clifton of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Dorothy Clifton of Sheffield, AL; special cousins Jessima Covington, Loretta Higgins, and Dale Penn.
Miss Clifton was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Melba Clifton Batson and of the Baptist faith.
